What is your Return Policy?

Not satisfied with the product? That's okay, it happens and we understand. We will accept returns in the following situations:

  • It did not fit
  • You did not receive it
  • It is defective
  • It is incomplete
  • It is incorrect
  • Item has been received or delivered within 15 days

We have a hassle-free returns and exchange policy but please take note that all items purchased from us must be in their original condition. We can exchange the product easily for you!

How do I start a return or exchange?

Just follow the easy steps below:

  1. Fill out the including the reason why you would like to return it.
  2. Answer all the fields requested.
  3. Wait for your Returns Authorization Code and instructions to be emailed to you (please do not send any item back without our instructions).
  4. We will notify you once your shipment is on its way or when your refund is being processed.

Important note:

Please do not send back the item without having a Returns Authorization Code and specified return address. We will not accept unauthorised returns.

Are returns free?

Yes, it is free! We will pay for the exchange shipping costs for all authorized returns.

How long will it take for my exchange or refund to be processed?

We will tend to all requests within 2-3 business days. Once approved, refunds will be posted up to 5 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement, and for the funds to be transferred. Some credits may be posted on your next billing cycle, depending on your bank's policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is a fault upon arrival?
